For one of our partners, we are establishing a fintech in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that is focused on providing digital products and services for the wider mass. Target customers may vary from company to company, as market trends and demand will determine the direction of each company's individual entrepreneurial journey that could lead into the B2B as well as B2C area. However, with one goal in mind: providing added value and having wide impact.

Why we need you
We have done heavy lifting in building the product and securing strong funding. Now, we want to scale the company and expand. Most crucially, it is time to gain first traction. For that, we are looking for a highly-driven, creative and hungry Senior Business Development Manager who will take the fintech to the next level.
Requirements
You should have extensive experience in developing a business with innovative drive for digital solutions. You may also have experience in a scaling startup or within a similar fast-growth environment.

We are looking for go-getters that are ready to deliver impact from day 1. As an overview: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, or economics
  • 8+ years experience in banking, VCs or other financial institutions
  • 4+ years experience in digital business solutions in the finance sector 
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of any industry-specific software or programmes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate and retain staff
  • Understanding the competitive landscapes
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent project management skills and knowledge of methodologies
Your responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop a growth strategy for the fintech and its product & services throughout the various stages of the development
  • Strategic Research: Conducts long-term and short-term strategic research (Data Analysis, Reports, etc.)  that informs the growth strategy 
  • Business Development: Leading the business development of the fintech in building and optimising operational processes
  • Founder Relationship: Supporting the fintech's carve-out process through managing, educating and onboarding founders 
  • Partnership Management: Leading the facilitation of partnerships through our partner 
  • Knowledge Management: Leads data analysis, reporting, and knowledge management to inform business development strategy and operations
