For one of our partners, we are establishing a fintech in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that is focused on providing digital products and services for the wider mass. Target customers may vary from company to company, as market trends and demand will determine the direction of each company's individual entrepreneurial journey that could lead into the B2B as well as B2C area. However, with one goal in mind: providing added value and having wide impact.

Why we need you
We have done heavy lifting in building the product and securing strong funding. Now, we want to scale the company and expand. Most crucially, it is time to gain first traction. For that we are looking for a highly-driven Chief Operating Officer who will take the fintech to the next level.
Requirements
You should have extensive experience in operating a business with preference in a scaling a startup or within a similar fast-growth environment.
We are looking for go-getters that are ready to deliver impact from day 1. As an overview:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field required
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field required
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- 3+ years of experience in investment planning and analysis
- Experience in business analysis and/or financial planning with a strong background in quantitative analysis and risk management
- Experience with cost/revenue analysis, compliance, tax planning and preparation, valuation, and investment planning
- Experience in investment management and portfolio management in a private equity and venture capital (preferred)
- Experience in financial analysis and/or due diligence for both public and private companies
- Experience with financial modelling tools such as Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint
