Human Resource Manager (Fintech)

Who we are
For one of our partners, we are establishing a fintech in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that is focused on providing digital products and services for the wider mass. Target customers may vary from company to company, as market trends and demand will determine the direction of each company's individual entrepreneurial journey that could lead into the B2B as well as B2C area. However, with one goal in mind: providing added value and having wide impact.

A venture flourishes or fails based on the people driving it. Thus, you would be joining an exciting, yet unknown, journey with great heights and with the possibility to impact the journey direction.
Why we need you
We have done heavy lifting in building the product and securing strong funding. Now, we want to scale the company and expand. Most crucially, it is time to gain first traction. For that we are looking for a highly-driven, creative and hungry HR expert who will take the fintech to the next level.
Requirements
You should have extensive human resource experience and with preference from scaling a startup or within a similar fast-growth environment.

We are looking for go-getters that are ready to deliver impact from day 1. As an overview: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, social work or a related fields required
  • Master’s degree in business administration, human resources management, social work or a related fields required
  • 4+ years experience within human resource (employee relations, hiring, recruiting)
  • Experience in developing HR-policies (preferred)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Experience in a start-up (preferred)
Your responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Enforce compliance policies
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Ensuring employee comprehensive training, tools & information relevant to business activity
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage recruiting activities, sourcing candidates through online challenges and identify staffing needs
  • Management: Payroll management, terminations, benefits enrolment and other administrative tasks
