FinUp is unlocking financial possibilities in the Saudi logistics market. Due to long payment cycles of up to 90+ days in the market, carriers face cash flow problems every day. This limits the vast majority of carriers in their ability to growth and in the worst case can lead to bankruptcy. FinUp addresses their cash shortages with its digital platform by offering carriers to get paid within 48 hours of a delivered shipment.

We are looking for a highly motivated entrepreneur interested in supporting our mission of unlocking financial possibilities in logistics. Your talent is essential to expand our operations across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.

Requirements

• Have been in a leadership role in an early-stage startup
• You have an interest in or passion for the supply chain logistics industry
• You’ve been exposed to the supply chain logistics industry
• You’re passionate about building, coaching and scaling teams
• Managed fundraising processes and investors
• Business generalist background with a degree in related fields (Business, Economics, etc.)

Your responsibilities

As Co-Founder and CEO you will be one of the first full-time hires for our startup and charged with scaling-up operations. You will take our MVP stage product and early-stage traction, and grow them into a successful business. As CEO, you will wear many hats in the first 6 months to one year as you build up your team and expand operations. Your key responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the business, including, but not limited to:

• Financial modelling and projections
• Fundraising and investor relations
• Business model analysis
• Coaching and mentoring the team
• Overseeing the product roadmap and hiring a CTO
• Expanding MRR/ARR in accordance with growth targets
• Managing stakeholder relationships (at our corporate partner and investors)
• Driving growth plans and developing GTM strategies
• Working closely with freelancers, venture partners, corporate partners and the FoundersLane team to operate the venture
