Why we need you

You will play a key part in building early-stage digital businesses in cooperation with our corporate partners. We are looking for a Venture Architect who can define new opportunities and scope for our ventures, develop the marketing, pricing, and operational structures needed to commercialize new products and businesses. You must think critically and work passionately. This is the great opportunity to build high-energy, mission-driven companies from scratch with a network of experienced founders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree;
• 1-2 years of experience in developing and executing impactful strategy as well as building quickly growing digital businesses;
• Experience in a high-pressure, execution-focused environment managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders (e.g. consulting, investment banking, technology company);
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Your responsibilities

• Some of your core tasks will include: market analysis, developing and testing hypotheses, MVPs design, as well as go to market strategies;
• Perform competitive analysis in the ideation phase to identify new trends and opportunities in the digital venture market;
• Apply your problem-solving and creative-ideation skills to surface innovative and disruptive ideas and intelligently sell those to your critical stakeholders;
• Collaborate with the Strategic Design and Product Development leads, as well as partners to define a minimum viable business build;
• Establish key performance indicators for venture outcomes while also supporting the business model creation and case for new ventures, products and services;
• Support in creating convincing presentations of disruptive innovations, business models and venture growth paths for a senior executive audience;
• Drive venture development sub-projects independently by monitoring and controlling progress and reporting to the Senior Venture Developer and funding stakeholders.
