FoundersLane’s journey to becoming the leading Corporate Venture Builder worldwide has started in 2016 by Felix Staeritz, Andreas von Oettingen, and Michael Stephanblome. Why we need you

You will play a key part in building early-stage digital high-growth companies in cooperation with our corporate partners. We are looking for a Venture Developer who can think critically and work passionately. Hunger for challenge, aptitude, and attitude is a must. Above that, you should feel comfortable in the corporate environment managing the expectations of our c-level stakeholders at market-leading companies. This is the rare opportunity to build high-energy, mission-driven companies from scratch with a European network of experienced founders. Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent
• 2-4+ years of experience in developing and executing impactful strategy as well as building quickly growing digital businesses
• Strong leadership experience in a high-pressure, execution-focused environment managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders (e.g. top-tier consulting, investment banking, technology company)
• Fluent in Arabic and English, additional languages are a plus

Your responsibilities

• Lead a team of venture analysts by setting goals, coaching, and being a role model
• Develop digital businesses through market analysis, developing and testing hypotheses, creating MVPs, as well as go-to-market strategies
• Apply your problem-solving and creative-ideation skills to surface innovative and disruptive ideas, and intelligently sell those to your critical stakeholders
• Create convincing presentations of disruptive innovations, business models, and venture growth paths for a senior executive audience
• Drive venture development projects independently by monitoring and controlling progress and reporting to funding stakeholders
• Structure and scale ventures by developing the product according to key driver targets during commercialization
• Implement and improve agile processes, defining priorities, limits, risks, and costs
• Demonstrate leadership across all phases of venture building together with our corporate partners
