Who we are

Rekab is a dedicated ride-sharing platform scaling across Saudi Arabia, supported by the world's leading technology player in ride-sharing. We have taken millions of happy riders in our shared vehicles, helping people connect with their loved ones, get to important work meetings on times and celebrate in style on their days off.

We are building from our active city base in Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah, we plan to aggressively increase our footprint within these cities and scale Rekab to more cities in the Kingdom and in MENA during 2022.

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, accounts payable clerk, tax clerk, or academic degree in the field of accounting, controlling, business administration, or similar
At least 3+ years of professional experience in a comparable position
Knowledge of a common accounting system
Advanced Excel skills
Fluent in Arabic and English
Startup experience is strongly desired

Your responsibilities

Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
Set annual budgets for Rekab
Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organisation optimize costs and benefits
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
