It is the first ever integrated express logistics network in Saudi Arabia, that enables us to ensure a secure and efficient delivery process. For a transparent and trackable delivery process we use partner stations and fleet while integrating it to the Fastmile digital platform.

Why we need you

We are looking for a highly motivated Operation Supervisor interested in supporting our mission to enable a first ever integrated logistics experience for our customers in Saudi Arabia. We are on for a big challenge: to assure a seamless, timely and transparent parcel delivery within the Kingdom. Your talent and industry knowledge is essential to build this express logistics network that will connect the entire Saudi Arabia within less than 24 hours.

Requirements

Ability and past experience of utilising ERP systems
You have a 3 year background in last mile delivery, transport, FTL or LTL, logistics, or supply chain services
Experience in carrying out quality controls
Have track record of leadership roles
Good decision making skills
You are speaking fluently in Arabic and English
You are living in Riyad, or you are willing to move there

Your responsibilities

As the Operations Supervisor your main objectives will be: planning ahead, organizing, controlling and improving the process. As an Operations supervisor you will need to oversee all the activities related to accepting and shipping the parcels. You will need to ensure that operations happen effectively and all is done with the overall quality, productivity, and profitability of the company in mind.

Your Key responsibilities will involve:

Leading the team
Planning, developing, and improving operations
Strategic process optimisation
Operation management and administration
Reporting operational outcomes
Ensure that tasks are completed on time
Planning the objectives and tasks for operational team on daily basis
